Community centre KLEINMACHNOW
The former estate in Kleinmachnow comes with plenty of archaeological history with it. The construction of a community center on the property now serves the community life of the village and also provides insights into the past. In order to harmoniously round off the appearance, those responsible for the construction chose RHEINZINK-prePATINA graphite-grey. The noble material skillfully blends into the surroundings and guarantees durability and freedom from maintenance.

From church to residential building: conversion with RHEINZINK titanium zinc. The low ventilated ridge design, which architecturally unites the entire ensemble into a single unit, is formed by the material titanium zinc. The roof and roof drainage were executed with RHEINZINK-prePATINA graphite-grey, as was the façade cladding on one side of the tower and on two bay windows. The former church of the Nieder-Roden community now serves as a residential building with a very special charm.

The municipality of Neukirch has been experiencing an amazing reindustrialization for several years. A significant contribution to this is made by the machine tool manufacturer "Trumpf". In the course of a renovation of the company complex, RHEINZINK-prePATINA graphite-grey was used. The skin made of the zinc sheet flat-lock tiles three parts of the building: a coach house built around 1900, an annex from the 80s and a 30 meter long new building, which extends the existing building to a total of 115 meters.
