Multifaceted.

The PRISMO range is based on a light-coloured phosphated surface finished with a semi-transparent PU coating. The resulting colour effect allows the underlying zinc structure to show through, adding an unexpected facet to the building’s appearance.

Overall aesthetic appearance.

Six shades inspired by nature emphasise the design concept of a building, whilst the coating’s unusual semi-transparency ties the overall aesthetic together. The shades of gold, brown, blue, red, green and black express a natural sensibility that interprets colour as an association with the fundamental elements of earth, fire, water and air.

  • AN AESTHETIC, HARMONIOUS LOOK THAT BLENDS IN WITH ITS SURROUNDINGS.
  • A SUBTLE RANGE OF COLOURS FOR A UNIQUE LOOK.
  • SEMI-TRANSPARENT.

Each of our high-quality finishes is suitable for a wide range of applications and combines all the benefits of innovative technology.

Test station on Heligoland

For over 10 years, we have been using the offshore climate on Heligoland to test our surfaces under extreme weather conditions. We document the behaviour of the surfaces at regular intervals. The test results are analysed in the Research & Development department at RHEINZINK. In this way, we constantly check how our surfaces react to challenging site-specific climatic conditions, even in the long term, and derive possible optimisations from this.
