- System compatibility – Tested for RHEINZINK standing seam roofs, designed for 530 mm panel width, tolerance +4/-2 mm.
- Innovative clamp – Patented seam and module clamp – Fixing independent of clamp positioning, no restriction of thermal movement.
- Easy to install – Simple fasteningwith just one screw – time-saving and efficient.
- Durable & robust - high-quality, frameless glass-glass modules with advanced edge sealing & modern TOPCon cells.
- Certified & safe - Complies with relevant standards (IEC 61215 / 61730), hail resistance class 3.
- Dimensions & output – Module length 1.90 m, power 180 Wp, minimum 4 PV clamps per module side
- Application notes – For roof pitches of 3-60°, mounting height approx. 40 mm, 30 mm rear ventilation, PV clamp fastening torque: 6 Nm.
The clamp - the heart of the system
Our patented fastening system for PV modules – simple, secure, efficient.
The innovative design delivers maximum performance with minimal effort: only one hexagon socket screw (6 Nm) is required for installation.
Vertical clamping directly on the standing seam ensures a firm hold and secure fixation of frameless PV modules – without limiting thermal expansion.
The module clamp adapts flexibly, regardless of the clamp position. Installation follows wind load specifications – at least four clamps per module side ensure stability even under extreme conditions.

Cell technology
1. N-type TOPCon cells
Thanks to advanced cell technology with higher efficiency, improved temperature stability, and enhanced heat resistance, our modules deliver outstanding performance and a significantly longer service life.
2. Glass-glass technology
With superior resistance to environmental stress and ageing, these modules offer better protection against moisture and mechanical loads, ensuring a longer lifetime than glass-foil modules – and enabling the full bifacial power gain.
3. Edge sealing
The frameless edges of the PV laminates are reliably protected against moisture and environmental impacts by high-quality thermal edge sealing. This proven technology significantly extends the module’s service life and ensures long-term performance.
4. Bifacial cells
By capturing sunlight on both sides – directly on the front and via reflected light through the rear glass layer – our modules achieve a substantially higher energy yield.
Wind load design table
Wind load design table for direct installation of the RHEINZINK PV system on roofs with RHEINZINK double standing seam panels. The required number of RHEINZINK PV clamps is based on a design resistance of 600 N per clamp. As a general rule, at least four PV clamps are required on the long side of each module (1.90 m). The spacing between PV clamps (centre-to-centre) should be approximately half at the edges (centre-to-edge). Specifications apply to Germany, considering a safety factor of 1.5 on the clamp side. Additional national safety factors may apply in other countries.

Tutorial RHEINZINK-PV
With RHEINZINK PV, your roof becomes a source of beauty & energy
RHEINZINK PV combines sophisticated architecture with cutting-edge solar technology.
The solution blends seamlessly with the roof – not as an add-on, but as an integral part.
The result: a harmonious aesthetic that unites form and function.
Easy to install. Perfectly integrated.
While other systems restrict natural thermal movement, RHEINZINK remains flexible.
Thanks to the patented seam clamp, thermal expansion is uncompromised – modules can be freely positioned and fixed directly to the double standing seams, independent of the clamp locations.
A system designed to think ahead.

Think sustainably – act with solar power.
The future begins on your own roof
With RHEINZINK-PV, you take a clear stand for sustainability, independence, and responsibility. In times of rising energy costs and growing environmental concerns, the call for renewable energy is louder than ever. So why not harness the power of the sun – right where it shines every day?
RHEINZINK offers an aesthetic and efficient solution that transforms buildings into sources of clean energy. An investment that pays off – both ecologically and economically.
1 Light hits the solar cell
Sunlight consists of photons – tiny packets of energy.
These photons hit the surface of the solar cell.
2 Release of electrons
An electric field is created, which forces the released electrons in the solar cell in a specific direction.
This generates direct current (DC), which flows through connected wires.
3 Electricity is made usable
The direct current generated is usually converted into alternating current (AC) by an inverter, as this is used in households and electricity grids. The electricity can then be used directly, stored in batteries or fed into the public grid.
